Home-made spinach ravioli served with mincemeat sauce

One more ravioli dinner idea, following my earlier post:  http://chocolatespoonandthecamera.wordpress.com/2013/03/24/yummy-homemade-spinach-ravioli-with-feta-and-spinach-filling-cos-homemade-is-better/ In this case the filling was only spinach (no feta): I served them with a hassle-free “sauce” made of beef mincemeat, onion, olive oil, salt and rosemary. For tomato lovers: go ahead and upgrade it with tomato passata, it will enrich the flavour!
