Salad dressing recipe: with yogurt, French mustard and herbs.

My boyfriend’s favourite salad dressing – in a nutshell.
In a bowl, mix and stir together:
250 gr low fat yogurt,
1 tbsp of mustard ( you can use any: the French, the English, etc… )
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 sprinkles sugar
1 teaspoon Knorr salad herb mix ( like the one in the picture, or this one for example )
(no salt as long as it is included in the herb mix)
Then use it as a dressing for salads, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables!
Light and delicious!
Enjoy!

Thanks for using my post as a related article. Your post was great. I am liking the idea and have tasted other dressing being made with yogurt. I believe to be much healthier as creamier dressing.
