Chicken and mushrooms sweet curry recipe with crème fraîche, almonds and mint.

Stir fry:

1 chicken breast diced
1 onion sliced
8 almonds in crumbs or slices
1 sprinkle of: salt, coriander, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon (or 2)
2 tsp brown sugar ( or more if you like )
few mint leaves

During the last 5 minutes add:

half pot of Crème fraîche
mushrooms
