Potato Bake Recipe

Prepared baking a layer of boiled potatoes cut in big pieces and one layer of roasted aubergine/eggplant slices on the top. Cover everything with béchamel sauce, a bit of salt, a lot of black pepper, rosemary and oregano. If you are not concerned about the calories, also add some mozzarella slices in the middle :)
