Moroccan Beef Stew

Ingredients:

( Fry for 2 min in olive oil: )

garlic
onion
green and red peppers
chopped beef medallions or chopped beef

( Then add: )

bay leaves
cayenne pepper
rosemary
1 lemon juice
half lemon sliced
capers
1 1/2 cup boiling water , or more if needed

( Let it all simmer for 10 min or more if needed )

( During the last 5 minutes add )

pine nuts
flour to make it creamy
green olives

– Couscous makes a delicious accompaniment to this dish.
