Stir fry some vegetables, cook some pasta (fusilli here) and then mix them together. I used carrots, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper:
Move the mix to a baking tray/dish:
Add creme fraiche/fresh cream, canned peas and black olives:
Add paprika, oregano, cayenne, taco burritos mixed spices, rosemary, black pepper:
Add some Irish red cheddar cheese on top:
Bake until the cheese is melted and enjoy :D !!!!!!!!
PS. non vegetarians may add some bacon or cooked ham pieces to add more fun… ;)
